Hello! My name is Vincent and I've wanted to start a blog for quite some time.
I am a 22 year old English major and conspiring fiction writer. My ultimate goal is to be able to write scripts for, and direct movies.
This blog will be used to chronicle my thoughts and feelings having to do with what happens to be relevant (and many things that probably aren't so relevant) in those particular categories and fields. I will mostly do things like movie, book, and video game reviews, plot deconstructions and analysis, constructive criticism, generalized hollywood rants, things of that nature. This blog won't be limited exclusively to those things, but I will keep it as on topic as possible. Occasionally, I'll use this blog as a sounding board for story ideas I may have; laying them bare for examination and dissection.
Now, granted, I'm no expert in the field, and probably never will be. I absolutely love criticism and feedback, so feel free to leave any feelings you may have, and I will respond to them if neccessary as quickly as possible.

ReplyDeleteI'd actually love to do that, myself. But I think I would sooner take the road of an actor or a normal writer than a script writer or director. I do want to start making videos though, I have a few ideas for some.
